Maybe boatboatboat can offer the same deal? I get advertising for free in September, October and November 2017, and if things workout I will sign a four(4) month advertising contract with TGF to last through the 2018 March Madness Final Four. For this analogy to fully hold up, the lessors of the office space would find that 20 days out of 30 there is no running water or reliable electricity and by the fourth month they would be down thousands of dollars doing repairs not properly handled by management.
