I agree with Peavy, there must be something else that happened... but it is weird that they suspend Rice two games, and Prater for four games. That's the NFL for you. He's subject to random testing by the NFL because of that and has tested positive for alcohol several times since then. There are rumors (ONLY rumors) in the Denver media that Prater tampered with his "specimen" during his last random test and that's what got him into deeper trouble.
