To park 3 miles away to avoid $3-$5 are people who are either broke or have "deep pockets and short arms"-these are the worst people. Also sad the beach was a mess and should of been free parking if the city workers can't get it cleaned up. Corrupt liberals politicians in Minnesota. Priceless!
