After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I got some personal response. They released my Ethereum, but never did take the money due them, and account is frozen from buys/sells. I sent them numerous communications outlining exactly which transactions had not been paid for, but finally gave up. They have my credit card information, so if they ever get their accounting straight, maybe they'll charge me. I read of many similar stories. Their algorithms don't account for every situation apparently. After seeing the backlog of customers and the ticket response time, I have no desire to deal with them going forward. although it was decidedly very convenient and user-friendly. I figure the $1200 in free coins I received about covers all the time I spent trying to rectify that situation. What a mess that was!
