So I should mark you down as China being an ally of the US?

that said no, they are not an ally, they are a neutral enemy... no interest in armed conflict ATM but certainly a drive and desire to steal the #1 spot in the world economy and military power...

is like China said, if the US and Korea attack 1st, they will not allow it... they will defend NK

IF NK attacks first they will not interfere once US and Korea repspond...

What does that tell ya?

Foe.

The Chinese have forgotten who saved them from the Japanese in world war 2.

Who cares... that's irrelevant. If we start playing that game...

U.S. forgot they backed terrorists vs. the Soviet Union in the 80s.

White people forgot they slaughtered Natives, moved in, and now complain about "illegals."

So the whole "we saved them 50 years ago" angle is always a humorous one.

Hopefully IAG and BRICK have not forgotten how the US military saved South Dakota from Sitting Bull and Co

Backing the Chinese was correct at the time as was backing the terrorists against the Soviet Union.

Whites slaughtered Indians, not ALL the Indians, "White people forgot they slaughtered Natives" is somewhat mis-leading. Not ALL whites are complaining about illegals. The law is the law, when you pick and choose which ones to enforce chaos ensues. If the law is useless or outdated or even disliked, there is a mechanism to change it. But all current laws on the books should be enforced.

No need to forget what happened 50 years ago KR,...

Those who cannot remember history are condemned to repeat it

China is not an friend, but certainly not a foe, they are a rising nation that is posturing for influence in the world. The truth is that the future belongs to them, not us, their military is no match for us right now, but that doesn't matter because we aren't going to war against them.

Great power stems from economic might, in 20 years they will be the largest and most dominant economy, america with it's demographic shifts and aging population will slowly decline, that's ok, that's the nature of the world.

there is ZERO percent chance that in 20 years the Chinese Yen becomes the global currency of business. China has a long way to go before it's anywhere near the USA in terms of economic might. All the European nations combined have a lowed GDP than the USA; China is nearly 1/2 as much. They have a long long way before they are even 3/4 of the way there.
