That was before I went to TN, and got put on back burner. I’m not going down in there. There are worms. Water in basement Tuesday. Guy was supposed to be out in a two hour window yesterday afternoon. No show. I called the office and they had scheduled me accidentally for next Thursday. Scheduled a two hour window today. At the end of the two hour window he calls and tells me that they don’t do work on outdoor drains....wth! I had specifically asked this woman 2 or 3 times to make sure this was something they could do. She assured me they could handle. I posted negative Facebook review. Owner calls. Asks how he can make it right. I tell him he can come dig the mud and worms out of my drain, and try to determine if it goes anywhere or just into the ground. I am sure is probably work well beneath their pay grade, but they left me in a bad spot with a few very rainy few days, plus wasted 4hours of my time. He acted like he was on way over.
