Timely Hitting
it's not Trump you idiot, it's congress and their inability to do anything. To be fair, Paul Ryan and the house PASSED healthcare this summer. McConnell's inability to get anything done in the senate is a joke, although it doesn't help he is dealing with 5-10 liberals who masquerade as republicans And of course, the reason we have this fucking MESS in the first place is because obama and the Dems jammed this terrible bill down the American people's throats with lies lies lies "you can keep your plan!!!" It's not Trump. You know nothing about politics, lil timelypal, this conversation is for adults, not people still on their parents healthcare. thanks though. Bucky
So, buying across state lines, elimination of csr's, The individual mandate is up for grabs. Wow, shopping all 50 states is going to be interesting-sort out all of the HMO's, PPO's,POS plans. I do not think it is going to help. The people I sold to who bought a plan with the csr's will just take the plan the government pays all the premium on. Essentially pay nothing in and stiff on any medical services. ACH
Guys, what good does this do? Have you looked at the different state marketplaces? Hello! they are all PPO's, HMO's & POS plans. Why would anybody in Virginia want an Iowa HMO? You can't buy an Iowa HMO. All plans are negotiated individually with doctors. A Virginia insurance plan is not going to negotiate with Iowa doctors therefore it will not be offered. Rs have no idea how insurance works. mikeman
If you want to drive to another state to see a doctor.Cmon, the whole idea is they would line up local Dr's, hospitals, etc, it wouldn't be hard. The main pt of trumps action yesterday was also to reduce the mandatory coverage's, that's where the real savings would come from. Not everyone needs mental health/substance abuse coverage, etc.

When the topic is discussed before an audience of health executives, they literally laugh out loud. The elimination of subsidies of insurance companies is intended to reduce the number of ObamaCare offerings which it will do. But those people are going to be pissed. If they are not provided with something better, they will vote for something else in 2020.
