This is coming from someone who is obese and doesn’t have a clue about nutrition. I would never eat fast food if I didn’t have any kids. In most cases I rarely eat at those low nutritional joints. Nothing tells my brain to sober up more than eating a sack full of Krystals with cheese on the way home. I will eat a double whopper with bacon from time to time.
