HenryHiII2 Posted January 1, 2018 Report Share Posted January 1, 2018 Go to the gym 4x a week and eat a really healthy diet Went to the gym this morning, 20 pull ups, 70 sit-ups, 50 push-ups then ran 3.71 miles on the treadmill at varying inclines Waiting on a salad being brought to me by Uber Eats.
