Below is a screen shot from an app from investing.com It shows you the biggest gainers of the day by percentage in real time. It can also show you biggest losers, most volume,etc. I'd like to know those same things for pre/after market. I've caught some good stuff just riding some early moves. Could have went up 200% during the day and lost 100% after close... That chart would show a healthy green +100% even though it tanked after hours.
