mikeman Posted March 27, 2018 Report Share Posted March 27, 2018 If you look at the long term chart of silver, you'll see that the price hasn't moved in 20 years, It's likely IMO that 15 years from now silver will be close to where it is now, BUT it will probably have had a big bump somewhere in between. Almost all stocks and all mutual funds will rise over time, 20 years from now most will be triple what they are now, sure precious metals will have a bounce but it's likely you wont sell if and when it occurs(due to greed), and you'll be stuck waiting forever.
