You need to become resolved in delaying gratification. 

 

If you could do that with porn, you could do that with sugar. Structure your diet so you can indulge one day a week as a reward for being strict. You won't give away your gains by doing this, but as my professor told me......"The diet that works is the one that you'll stick to." Basically you just have to stay committed and trust that the results will come in time. 

 

If you can delay gratification, you can do anything.

Yup. Only problem with “trusting the results will come” is that addicts and degenerates don’t think like that. I’m both as is kinger.

 

What works/ed best for me , go balls to the wall for a given time. I usually go 50 days. Need to get addicted to seeing the scale go down like you are addicted to the food that made you fat. Seems crazy, but it’ll happen.

 

Once you train yourself to be active and lift , you’ll likely feel better and want to do it rather than it feeling like a chore. Need to make it part of your routine.
