On the mound for philly is Nola and hes just a stud. Orioles not the type of team that slaps hits around the park either. Most likely avoid a bottom of the 9th as well. And its on espn which will be on a strict time table. Not saying the umps will get told to speed the game up but you likely wont see a small strikezone for any reason.
