Usually can make some chicken salad from chicken shit... The talent pool is small, usually juco transfers that didn't get recruited to better schools... And for the most part competitive... So they are happy with an occasional 9-3 season and they know what happened when he left and what comes next. All they have to do is look at Nebraska and they ain't Nebraska.
