No. He was given exactly ten seconds to get up- I've seen the fight three times now. But these morons say, "Well, he then let him walk around and recover... you should only get ten seconds and that's it." No, rules state the boxer gets ten seconds to stand up. Which he did. Once he does stand, it's up to the refs discretion to decide whether the fighter is able to continue or not. Reiss was doing that... making sure Fury could continue.
