Broad, broad question, depending on what the criteria is............and the day. Personally over the course of time, using the following different sets of criteria:: PROFITS----William Hill, MGM, Coasts, Stations COMFORT----Stations, Cantor STAFF- SouthPoint, Stations(GVR and EL Cortez) HIGH LIMITS---Cantor, Mgm, Caesers ALL the books in Vegas offer something of value and likability, as stated, depending on the day or week..................again, you're asking a very tough question.
