milwaukee mike
I was at Arlington before the fire come back, it's beautiful for a horse racing fan it's a must see, along with churchill downs/saratoga/santa anita/del mar, and some others

gijoe066
I will be going to Del Mar next month!! Beautiful park but expensive, We get a table outside near the finish line. The cost of the table is $140 with nothing included. My daughter who lives in San Diego pays for the table and the women dress like they are at the Kentucky Derby and I love it!! Plus, I cant pick a winner at this park but will give it another try!!

Bfo
Last time I was at Churchill was for Grindstone in 1996, place seemed to be decaying even then. Still had some charm but was aging poorly. Pimlico another shithole where everything was old and crappy. Big fan of Del Mar still, has been a couple years but always a classy atmosphere. Was at Presque Isle Downs a couple weeks ago and it’s pretty much a dump. Opening day and they didn’t even bother to cut the grass in the infield area. Certainly not the clientele, but the track itself and the location always made it a good experience.

MadTiger
Beautiful day and a little cash made, and I fucking had a mint julep, probably hardest part of the day I can stomach stuff like that, but it's an acquired taste. Should have told them to hold everything but the bourbon.
