I think smoking is ok for kids as well, when I grew up the age was 18 but it was no big deal if underagers smoked, we had a smoking area in our high school, we survived just fine. By the way, the true villian in the smoking/vaping realm is the govt, not the tobacco co's. the tobacco co's prob make 75 cents a pack, the govt pulls in $5+.
