These people really do equate disagreement (or even just staying quiet and keeping your politics to yourself) with violence against them. Mostly black. It would be near impossible to be a cop in this era. the recruitment numbers have to be going down. and thus the quality of the talent pool. and possibly a severe shortage in actual officers.
