I'm not sure where that is, but i recall the excitement in st paul a few years back when a grocery store returned to university ave in st paul. The city leaders talked about how good it is to have a store like that in an under served community since most large co's avoid putting stores in lower income areas. The dont even ask the question of the mayor or police. St Paul could have stopped this early in the afternoon, when they first went to university ave, you jump on them early and arrest them, the word would get out that you cant do that here.
