We're going to gamble.

Eating is secondary.

Wherever I'm closest to when I get hungry is where I'll eat.

me too but under $10 is tough!

i ate dinner at the casino tonight, for a brisket dinner in a mediocre restaurant (in a poor city) it was still $35

the weird thing is they have the exact same menu in the buffet area where you pick it up and can still eat right there... yet saving $7 tip and you can just bring your own free soda/coffee in there without it being embarassing like the actual restaurant

$10 might be low.

Last fall I was in the Planet Hollywood sportsbook for about 14 hours on a Saturday.

Over the day I ate maybe 2 or 3 slices of $3 pizza and tipped the drink girl 5 or 6 bucks for a few cokes.

wow

if i'm in a sportsbook for 14 hours i am probably having 14 drinks lol

and probably at least 2 meals... landers wouldn't be able to sit still for more than 2 minutes, and in a 14 hour stretch he would've visited at least 6 restaurants

i remember having something like $2.99 prime rib dinner in reno, then the next day had what seemed like a $299.00 meal in lake tahoe lol

I'm debating talking him down to Tahoe for a day while we're there but... I noticed San Diego State is Playing Nevada Reno downtown on a Saturday night. Caesars gave out tickets to casino guests last time I was there when the home team was playing. It's almost walking distance.

That room was bigger than horseshoe and given where it's located, I'm certain it's as good as any around.  Every table was full on a Saturday afternoon .

They also just opened in April, the place is extremely impressive

that just isn't true

rivers 22 tables

firekeepers 26 tables

horseshoe 34 tables

so unless you somehow think the tables at horseshoe are only half as big lololol

I doubt they even have a poker room, brings in very little for the casino

Even Ballys Quad Cities has a poker room.

There will be one in Chicago:

  • 3,400 slots
  • 173 table games
  • 10 food & beverage venues
  • Up to 500-room hotel tower with rooftop bar
  • 3,000 seat / 70,000 square foot entertainment center
  • 20,000 square foot exhibition / museum venue
  • Outdoor music venue with seating for up to 1,000 patrons
  • Outdoor public green space

Prices are half that in places where the product zero shipping cost pal

Oysters come from appalachicola which is almost 600 miles away.  There is indeed shipping costs.  Oysters are not cheap anywhere in Florida.  You will have to trust me on that.
