The other 5 we spend on all other government expenses. 50% would be spent on defense. Now... let's expand our budget to 40 pennies. And now, 10 pennies are spent on defense, and 30 pennies on other expenditures. The percentage decreased because our budget AND SPENDING increased., INCLUDING OUR DEFICIT.. But defense spending as a product of our GDP never changed, and in fact, INCREASED. If you don't understand this child like explanation, then you are the dumbest mother fucker breathing.
