Hernandez was ordered to serve his life sentence at MCI-Cedar Junction in Walpole, Massachusetts. That prison is approximately 1.5 miles from Gillette Stadium, where Hernandez played three seasons for the Patriots.

Incorrect, Bronx.

It was a strategic course of action. Prosecution did not do an adequate job for this verdict.

Sketchy motive. No weapon. And only witness was Hernandez's wife who couldn't remember if a box was weed or a gun.

Justice system failed here.

Under Massachusetts Joint Venture law, the prosecution does not have the burden of proving that Hernandez pulled the trigger. All they have to do is prove that Hernandez "participated in some fashion and he had or shared intent".

The prosecution did such a great job at proving Hernandez' location as it related to the crime scene, it forced Hernandez' own legal team to concede he was at the scene and that Ortiz and Wallace killed him an their PCP rage.

The jurors said as much at the press conference, saying, the evidence was "overwhelming" and "compelling".
