Told the main guy that I wanted to be a doctor and was hoping to see some action other than filling out appointment slip and making crutches......he says okay follow me... We walk into an exam room and a big fat mofo has his ass in the air on a table.....I was allowed to observer as the Doc removed a giant hemmoroid from this mans ass...
