I don’t get too excited for any steak from the broiler. Most expensive thing I’ve ever ordered for myself from a restaurant was a $65 prime rib. I cook well enough for myself. On another note, once a year after the holidays my friend gives me 2 x 32 oz jars of peach moonshine, distilled in the hills by some of his relatives.
