It's a prescription you moron

Honestly you might be the dumbest motherfucker I've ever come across

Why would I want to go to a dr if I can fix the problem myself? F them dr's, I go in for this and they'll want to do a shitload of blood tests, etc.

Talking to others who have had similar issues is prob better.

It's one blood test

And it's also dependant on your current medications and diet.

It doesn't happen for no reason

WTF are you talking about?

You take Allopurinol, drink more water and not worry about it.

OR, try witch doctor bullshit and deal with it intermittently for the rest of your life

It’s comical that one one most unhealthy individuals is giving medical advice lol. May as well shoot another torpedo into the ship and sink it by playing his picks.

I trust you guys more.

Anyway no pain sleeping, still there but not as bad this morning, I can walk with only a slight hitch in my giddyup.

I’ve only known one person with that and I know he had to stop or she’s drinking for a while anyway. I hear it is painful. Hopefully one of the suggestions does the trick. ? ?

Hey Mike, gout can present itself in many different ways, as I found out the hard way in August after my 1st hip replacement surgery. I was recuperating nicely at home and then started developing fevers daily. Then came the gout attack from hell. Oddly it was not so bad in the toes where I usually would get it, but in the joints of my fingers, then my wrists, then my elbows, then shoulders, then for the extra special gout torture I got lockjaw and had trouble swallowing. Luckily I had some colchicine in the house or it would been an ambulance ride. My lockjaw only lasted about a week but I have a friend who ate through a straw for over a month because he delayed treatment for too long. I have had to give up or drastically cut down on all the things that I loved to eat and drink and that truly sucks, but no way I am going to take some drug every day for the rest of my life. If you do eventually get the colchicine, don't be a amadan and take too much of it.

I just got back from the casino, I can walk almost normal but the ankle still hurts a bit, If this keeps happening I'll go to the dr and get some of that colchcine since you only take that when it starts.

For GIJOE - I never heard of indocin, I'll have to research that one.
