And the quarantine ended so he couldn't have been breaking it. It's the same as usa though, video of police beating dude (normal in latin america) he dies, various groups take advantage to rile people up on social media to protest. Given people been on lock down for 6 months they got a lot of pent up anger. But it's all far left groups trying to cause problems for the conservative government.
