Nice. $1200 is taxable that sucks(thought it was if its over 10k), in Canada all lottery and any gambling wins are tax free .Whatever you win is all yours, one of very handful countries out there . It's reportable but I wont be paying tax on it, if I got 3-4 more I might go over the limit. Canada's gambling rules are far better than ours.
