Brock hasn't been back to explain and say "hey. lets do it tuesday or wednesday instead". The guy is middle aged and has no job and no prospects, but he does have a lifestyle which allows him at least a few crumbs of dignity...hey look at me eating noodle soup. The one truth he told was that he doesn't like Paypal because of the fees, fee's that are only paid if you dont have any real money. My guess is he's running some scam to get disability, etc, either for himself or his wife, in a week after the check comes in he'll be back with some more big talk.
