A good lawyer could do it. It was illegal for the documents to be there. Proof that Biden had any part of placing the documents where they were could prove intent. The Biden family, being notorious and all for leaving damning evidence from electronics to journals, surely has audio of Kamala being aware and being an accomplice. Impeach her too. Kevin McCarthy becomes president for 2 years. Then for good measure impeach them both again for this money laundering to Ukraine to make a point like they did Trump. Impeach them a 3rd time for utter negligence so they hold the title and go down in history as shamed and awful as we all know them to be.
