yeah no point pushing your joints 100% speed. i noticed carrying a large gas can 200 yards the other day i likely burnt way more calories without the wear and tear

Sinker does the pail walk daily.  And the pail shuffle, tapdance, limbo whatever.

Folk live on the road gotta be wondering why some cousin it freak dude walk up and down the road with same fukkin pails every day. Sometimes on a yoke sometimes grab and go.

I got my tunes on might try some moonwalk.

What was your recovery?  Sprint 50, walk 50, sprint 100 walk 100?
