Also, the DEADLINE for submitting each week's picks will be on THURSDAYs will be 4pm pacific time. This provides participants with 28 hours to submit selections. If we have a tie, the tiebreaker will be the halftime score of the Army/Navy game on 12/9/23 unless the tied participants decide to chop the pot.
