The point is it was an emergency charge. Just like if you ran out of gas and they come bring you gas. They aren't using generators to charge these buses except in emergencies, like this one. What does it cost to have that as an add on? imagine if every EV had an option like that? For only an extra $10K you can have an emergency backup generator on your tesla...come and get it.
