Illinois extremely impressive this year

Problem is coach has never seen a sweet 16 game ever

I mean congrats to them being good in the B10, but the conference as a whole is atrocious this year.  I thought the Illini were better last year with that big black dude they had down low.

He coached at Stephen F Austin and a dumpy Illinois program when he took over.  Pretty sure he doesn’t lose his ability to coach vs competition just bc it’s March.  No shame with being given that to not be in a S16 yet.

The middle of the B10 is pretty strong.  I can see one of them giving a 1-2 seed in the 2nd round all they can handle.

The don't play enough defense and the white guy makes a lot of lucky shots.
