I think we are giving Costa Rica a bad name here, sure there are drugs and hookers readily available, but you can also enjoy a beautiful vacation at many 5 star resorts with beautiful beaches mountains that are totally family oriented. And have a wonderful time. Costa Rica has a thriving economy and a wonderful laid back culture. You can get a high end hooker to spend one or several days with you, a gorgeous right out of a magazine hottie but it will be expensive. If you are looking to pull a yanks you are better off staying out of all inclusive hotels and go to the local bars to pick one up. You can still find very nice resorts that arent all inclusive like the crocs casino in Jaco which should allow you to bring the girl/s with you.The question is, are these both available while staying at an all inclusive resort, or do you have to venture off the path?
