I'd understand this if you had Dodgers or Angels futures - heck, even White Sox futures - and Sale, Kershaw or Trout went down for the year... but we're talking about Marcus Stroman. TN's guy Carlos Rodon blows. Is everyone going to get their keeps set so we can eye that player pool. We might as well just start the draft. It'll take at least 10 days to complete, leaving us with 2 full weeks to make deals and trades. Let's get this started Commish. Stroman was projected by one of the top projection sites to have the 6th best WAR in the AL this year. Think Fangraphs had him lower but still in the top 15 which puts him as a legitimate ace. So yeah that's kind of a big deal Obviously not Kershaw or Trout but with those two you wouldn't even really be able to buy off your bet. If Kershaw went down the number for the Dodgers would probably go from 92.5 to 88.5 or something. Even that would probably be not enough of a change. Angels lose trout and id lower their win total from 88.5 to almost 81-82 range, they really wouldn't be that good Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's hard to say goodbye, but I need the pitching. Also, there's a better chance Buster makes it back to me than there is Samardzija does so we'll see. RIP. So we're just missing TN and Cee.
