She said they've had about eight similar complaints, and have been investigating the matter. She said they have their cashier secured with SSL, and all their credit card info is encrypted, so nobody has full access to info on their end. If they had the full info, charges would've actually gone through... but she says no one has lost any money. They suspect that it could be the work of hackers, and they're going to implement one final security step (device step authentication) that will go up in a couple of weeks. She asked that if any of us could provide her with extra info on the matter, please do, as it will help with their investigation. How many of the compromised accounts had to go through the verification process at 5D where you have to take a picture of the front and back of the credit card you were using?
