My niece is staying with us and wanted to try to make some pizza. We can't have the real deal, so we made a keto friendly crust from cream cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, and egg and salt. 

 

Topping request from everyone was pepperoni, cheese, extra ground beef, and green pepper. Lite amount of Rao's pizza sauce used. Very high calorie, but fit the carbs for today. I was surprised how well the crust held up. About a 6/10 on a normal scale, a 9.5/10 when you haven't had bread in 6 months.

How much weight have you lost on Keto JD? What is it you just eat meat only?

20 to 25 or less net carbs per day. That is carb count minus fiber. I eat mostly meat and veggies. Lots of wings, chicken, ground beef, tuna, and eggs. Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans are my go to.

 

I've lost over 100, but have been stalled a bit. Now trying to keep losing some fat and keep building muscle.

 

Lots of benefits in how I feel, weight loss aside.
