We can't have the real deal, so we made a keto friendly crust from cream cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, and egg and salt. Topping request from everyone was pepperoni, cheese, extra ground beef, and green pepper. Lite amount of Rao's pizza sauce used. Very high calorie, but fit the carbs for today. The crust is basically the same recipe that can be used for buns or bagel substitutions. It wasn't bad at all. I've avoided making it til now because I knew I'd over-do it.
