GWX Control panel Downloading GWX Control Panel 1.7.4.1 Read more at: https://tr.im/cuLYn This is a free tool that can remove and disable the 'Get Windows 10' notification area icon on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Recent versions can also disable 'Upgrade to Windows 10' behavior in the Windows Update control panel and do much more. See the user guide at the Ultimate Outsider blog. Just now a timer showed up with 45 minutes counting down until the windows 10 installed itself....... IF i might've stepped away i'd have been fucked. They almost got me Well after i said NO to that the bastards then had a pop up that asked what day and time,lol. I am gonna have to be vigilant and watch these bastards.
