Yanks
Your probably on the road a lot going to and from job sitesI think half the battle would be if you packed a healthy lunch everydayOtherwise you will wait till your starving then go eat at a fast food joint or somewhere unhealthyExactly. I'm on the road all day. I pack 3 meals and have a protein shake on hand in case I'm running late. Today I had breakfast before I left. 3 hrs later I had 5.5 ounces of tuna3 hrs later 4 cups of lettuce with 6 ounces of grilled chicken with vinegar 3 hrs later I had 5 ounces of turkey meatballs and 2 kiwis For dinner I'll have a shake Later I'll have plain Greek yogurt half an Ezekiel English muffin with 2 tablespoons of all natural almond butter

FISHHEAD
Will recommend a food item here, a tad expensive, but a nice little heathy snack item. Try some Rosemary FLACKERS hemp seed crackers produced by the "Doctor in The Kitchen"......these seeds also contain braggs apple Cider vinegar, this is something poster Fifty-Cint should certainly try. milwaukee mike
Big fan of funnel cakes. yeah I get the funnel cake sundaes with ice cream/whipped cream/strawberries everyone needs to find out what makes them feel sick/unhealthy and avoid that for me, I can drink all day long but the red meat was really clogging me up... I can eat a dozen donuts and drink a bottle of scotch in a day and feel better than if I drank water and ate a hot dog
