HarryCaray Posted July 10, 2016 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2016 How's your diabetes HC? Is this TPFKAG (the poster formerly known as gyno)? I'm assuming so. Hey man. I am not diabetic anymore. My blood sugar (and a lot of other things) went back to normal when I quit drinking in 2013. I was on metformin and actose for blood sugar and clonodine for blood pressure. 3 months after I quit drinking my BP was back to 120/80. The blood sugar is still a tad high because my pancreas is a little fucked for life, but I can control it with diet now, and it would probably go completely back to normal if I lost 20 pounds. Doctors say I'm borderline hyperglycemic, but out of the range where they call you diabetic. Alcohol truly does some nasty shit to your body...when you're pounding a liter of it a day anyway.
