Titans new GM Jon Robinson loves to wheel and deal he learned that from being under Belichick twelve years in New England. The true story is that the Rams GM Les Snead ran into the Titans GM at the combine and Snead asked if the Titans were willing to trade the pick and our GM said yes and the price will be high. A few weeks later they had an extended phone conversation and the Rams agreed to trade the Titans many draft picks in return for the #1 overall pick which the Rams used on QB Jared Goff. Together Mariota & Robinson are changing the culture of the team. The Titans were lucky to land Marcus Mariota who set many records as a rookie last year and their new GM Jon Robinson who pulled of the draftdeal. Titans have used some of their picks on offense and some on defense. Our first pick was Jack Conklin a tough offensive tackle that has done well so far. Second round the Titans chose Derrick Henry a RB who has fared well and looked good in practices. Fifth round the Titans say they found the steal of the draft with WR Tajae Sharpe who has looked so good he is with the first team at practices and will be one of the starters at WR once season starts. On defense in second round they drafted Kevin Dodd as a pass rusher out of Clemson. Third round pick safety Kevin Byard has looked real good and could start on defense.
