Would love to do it with a pepper that's not really popular and make it big. There's enough hot sauces out there that are all the same. We need to separate ourselves from everyone else. I bought every hot sauce in every store within 20 minutes of my house in md, probably had 50 - 55 bottles to experiment with and didn't find one I wanted to buy again.
