Timely Hitting
Just terrible. Clearly targeting Cam's head all night. If the NFL is serious about brain trauma and player safety to the degree they claim, there should be little hesitancy in regards to a suspension. Denver a dirty team. Trying to hurt a guy, And succeeding, Because he was beating your ass in the first half.
Blue
I was at a draft so didn't see the whole game but yeah I saw it at least 3 times. Dangerous.
Mofome
It would be called much differently for any other QB.
timetopay
Agree with you guys. Was on the Denver side and really thought Carolina and Cam got screwed all night.
ted sheckler
Agree with you guys, If this were a white QB it would for sure be called. That brandon marshall hit was clearly targeting. That last one, sure, but tough to call when guy getting tackled already. Roby on the sideline? no. Von Miller? Nah. I saw 1 clear target. one questionable. 2 no way. Timely Hitting
Left their feet to launch at his head multiple times. Led with their helmet. So much wrong with those hits. Von Miller should have been flagged, but his wasn't as egregious... Still it was helmet to helmet, which is an automatic flag on a QB in the NFL now. Stewart and Marshall should both be sitting out next week.
ted sheckler
VON MILLER? Looked to me as if he was trying to avoid hitting him. Miller didn't look to launch, looked like he was second guessing and put no power behind it, therefore falling flat on his ass. Guy got tackled from behind and fell into to Miller, from what I recall. Roby on the sideline at the end...Guy is what 5'10 cornerback diving at an angle, not upwards and Cam lowers his helmet into him, Cam is 6'4, no way guy should blast him in the head going at an angle. Looks like Cam deserves to be suspended if the other guys do. I would think defenders have more brain injuries than QB's, so they should be getting calls as well when RB's lower their helmets to run over people. Suspending players though? Just fine them. They are playing football afterall. If Marshall wants to lead with his helmet into another guy, it's dangerous for both players. Marshall doesn't seem stupid.... Viejo Dinosaur
Everytime I see a helmet to helmet hit I think of the movie Concussion with the brain getting tossed about...
ted sheckler
I take back the Von Miller one. Just watched a vid. He did pop him in the head. No power behind it, I must of watched a different angle that didn't look bad. Good no call though, more of a tap on the helmet.

joeybagadonuts
I was saying the same thing watching the game. Incredible the refs were allowing that shit to happen.

Timely Hitting
He's a runner fellas. That happens. Wonder if you SAME SILLY NIG NOGS WILL BE SAYING THIS ABOUT RG3Really? The Marshall hit Cam had released the ball and it was 5+ yards from his hand. The Von Miller hit he was still in the pocket. The Stewart hit he had already released the ball, and targeting a RECEIVER like that is illegal, none the less a QB. You can't leave your feet, lead with the helmet, and you definitely can't target the head. Those are all illegal in the NFL now.

Mofome
If Rodgers gets tapped on the helmet by a pinky it's
ted sheckler
Garbage League Turned into it. Now were going to have people complaining every week about how the white refs don't make the same type of calls for the black qbs. People just can't watch and enjoy the game. Like Brandon Marshall said "gotta speak up about all these social injustices" And now it's moved on from the only injustice being cops treating blacks to Refs treating black players. "Give the white man a little power, see his true character" someone said that.

Guest boatboatboat
Running vs pocket Not White vs black The perception is with a "running" qb the Def is given more latitude because they have to insure the qb doesn't burn them with his legs
TerraFin
It would be called much differently for any other QB. Completely agree with this. Can you imagine if Brady took those hits? And I am not talking black-white, I talking about how they are perceived in the league.

Mofome
I've seen luck crushed with no calls, hit in the head, I've seen Big Ben smoked without a call, while Rodgers - who runs all the time - gets a call when a pinky taps his helmet. Rodgers cries when his helmet is grazed. Of course we've seen Rodgers have his face mask grabbed with no call prior to a 97 yard toss in Detroit. Cop
You know the league is trash when the only things people are talking about is penalties that should have been and some attention whoring nigs kneeling on the sideline.
