It could be anything from a Wisconsin blowout for style points to just a win below cover margin. If Wisconsin is still holding out hope for being a 2-loss Big 10 Champ with a spot in the CFP, expect a blowout. If I was gonna bet Wisconsin, I wouldn't if I gave up more than 14. Hard to read, especially if Wisconsin is playing for CFP "style points". It kind of smells, I think I will pass on it. But, best of luck on whatever you decide.
