I get skinnier than that, and I start to eat everything in sight because I get cocky. Yes, that was me. Slim spreading rumors, fuckin' asshole.6 feet 228 is horrible. That was almost exactly the heaviest I ever was and was a fat slob. That was around 6-7 years ago when I was a drunk and did no exercise. Thankfully have ever even gotten close to that ever again and never will. Now stay between 180-195. Currently sitting at 187 and still have a little bit of a gut.
