The communities take great pride in their children and support them be it a band show, a play, a baseball game a debate team. Children develop sense of pride and community. Yep, I was in Birmingham for the last 4 years. Had a top notch 1400 sq ft 2/2 condo for 1150. This place was NICE, and in the nice part of town. It's nuts down south. I love it.
