Arguing over booting players and limiting players is another argument but owners do have the right to ban players same as any other private owned entity. And I didn't see where anything was said about taking money. Bottom line is people want to try and sneak in over and over because many think it is their right and their should be no repercussions. Aren't HRWagers limits among the lowest in the industry? How much could he possible have beat them for? If he made some bets for someone else paid him, close the account, and be done with it. And why would any site kick out poker winners, the house doesn't care who wins as long as there isn't collusion at the table, was he accused of that?
