People could buy them in different small amounts to potentially win decent or better sized free plays and if you add in rollover, it'd be a hit for the books. Imagine being down to your like last $11, and instead of trying for a parlay or something to make some decent coin, you could buy $11 worth of virtual scratchers in different amounts and perhaps you end up winning $50 to $100 worth of free plays, so even with a rollover, that could be more fun that trying to take your last lil 11 and climbing back up.
